This title and thumbnail are much more complex.
This makes it harder to tell if you’d be interested in this video, so you scroll on by.
Plus, this channel’s audience seems to be most interested in American geography.
The double whammy of a non-American subject with a complex title and thumbnail landed this video in this week’s flop of the week.
To avoid this mistake, make your titles and thumbnails clear and make videos about things you know your audience is interested in.
